Purchasing Policy

1) The customer claims to be over legal age and able to consume alcoholic beverages in moderation

2) The online store Arapuru Gin, only this available for purchase individuals and for personal use. Being forbidden to purchase for resale in other purposes as bars, shops, emporiums, etc.

3) Due to our craftsmanship, our products have limited production batches. Thus we limit the purchase to 2 bottles for purchase with the intention that more people comes the first London Dry Gin made in Brazil and Brazilian ingredients

4) The term freight informed at the time of purchase will only begin to be counted from the time of confirmation of payment, in which all customers will be informed as well.

5) To drop out shopping or problems with your order (return, defect, damage, etc.). check out our session of “Returns and Exchanges”

Delivery

The delivery date is 10 days after confirmation of payment. Questions regarding delivery contact by email contato@arapuru.com.br

If the user registers a wrong address and the delivery has already been sent, the user will have to bear the new delivery costs.

Returns and Exchanges

If you have not been satisfied with your purchase or have had a problem, just follow the procedures of our Returns and Exchanges Policy, which was created based on the Consumer Protection Code.
Once you receive your request Arapuru Gin, check the presence of the delivery person, if the packaging is properly sealed, if the products are intact and that the request is in accordance with the invoice.

Important

If your application is with a fault or violation, sign the protocol provided by the submitter, indicating the problem. Even so, keep the goods, keep the packaging of how received and notify us through our email: contato@arapuru.com.br the breakdown occurred, we will seek a solution.

Malfunctions

We use sturdy boxes, beehives so that the products do not clash with each other, pack the products with bubble wrap, but sometimes the products suffer damage. Our product is fragile. If any fault is found on your request, please proceed as follows:

a) Do not refuse the goods. We ask that you receive the product as the possibility of a breakdown of your box is very unlikely and you can take advantage of the remaining items of your purchase while we solve the breakdown for you.

b) Check that broke down.

c) Take pictures of what has broken down in his box. Please send the photos to us for contato@arapuru.com.br address, reporting products which have suffered damage.

We will provide the best form of compensation to you, you can stay quiet about it. Your message will be answered within 72 hours.

Commodity exchange

Products purchased on Arapuru Gin can be exchanged within seven (7) days after receipt. The exchange will take place only if the product is in its original packaging, properly sealed and in perfect condition.

a) Report the product code (information contained in the invoice).

b) Describe the reason

c) Do not refuse the goods. We ask that you receive the product and contact us.

Waiver

If the customer gives up his purchase, after it has been sent, two options are possible: replacement or refund of the product. The following conditions must be met:

Deadline for withdrawal

The deadline for withdrawal is seven (7) days of receipt of the product. The product must be in original packaging, with no evidence of rape and accompanied by their invoice. In case of cancellation after the product has been shipped, the cost of shipping to Arapuru Gin (return) is paid by the customer.

Product refund amount

It may be made for reimbursement of the value of goods, excluding the amount charged for shipping and shipping return. It can be done as follows:

For payment by credit card

Reason: Defective Product

Reason: Send Error

If you received a different product than was requested, you should contact through our email contato@arapuru.com.br immediately communicate the fact, so we can arrange the exchange.
